INTERACTIVE MEDIA ARTIST Internship at artist Floris Kaayk August 2017 to December 2017. Studied bachelor of animation AKV|St.Joost Cum laude graduation in July 2018. //////////////////////////////////////// My work revolves around spontaneity and randomness. I often don't know what I´m going to draw at the moment I put my pen on the paper. To my mind, every image is in reality meaningless and the magic is in the subjective experience of the viewer who adds meaning to the random lines and colors. In my work, I try to automate the creative process by using code to create these random images which will be given meaning by the viewer. In this way I try to reinterpret the creation and experience of art and culture in a world that becomes increasingly digital and online.
